  • We can accommodate up to 180 guests for a seated reception and up to 250 guests for a cocktail style event.

  • Yes, we have a five-bedroom cottage onsite that sleeps up to 10 guests. Learn more about it here.

  • No, camping is not available at this stage.

  • Yes, Springfield Woolshed is an all-weather venue. During the summer months it can be hot in the woolshed; this is something to consider when choosing your date. That said, we have hosted many summer events that have been very successful with the right planning in place.

  • Last drinks is at 11pm. All guests must be off the property by 11:30pm, except for those staying at the Farm Stay Cottage.

  • Yes, we do. Once your booking is confirmed and the retainer has been paid, you will receive a bundle of wedding planning documents. These include sample floor plans, run sheets, timelines, mood boards and our vendor list. We are currently working on updating this into an eBook that will be available for download for a small fee.

  • Large 8ft tables seat up to 10 guests.
    Smaller 6ft tables seat up to 8 guests.
    If you choose long table arrangements, please note that the ends of the tables can’t be used for seating.
